We brought our whole team for a corporate wellness day and everyone left refreshed. The group packages are well-priced and the staff managed our group seamlessly.

The location is fantastic but for the price I expected better amenities. Wi-Fi was slow and heating in my room wasn't working in winter. Breakfast was good and the views are stunning.

The tutors are good and my daughter is learning a lot. However there have been instances of classes cancelled last minute without much notice. Better communication would be appreciated.

The doctors are competent and staff generally helpful. My only complaint is long waiting times even with an appointment — sometimes over an hour. The care itself is good though.
